FBI Deputy Director Gordon Cole and Agent Albert Rosenfield recruit Agent Tammy Preston to the secret Blue Rose Task Force, then deputise Diane in their investigations. Jerry Horne escapes the woods. Sarah Palmer has a strange experience in the grocery store. Deputy Chief Hawk checks on Sarah at her house and hears a suspicious sound behind her. Diane contacts Mr C again. Sheriff Frank Truman informs Ben Horne about his grandson’s crimes; Ben gives Frank the key to Agent Cooper’s old hotel room as a memento for Harry, then instructs his assistant Beverly to pay for Miriam’s medical expenses while she recovers in the Intensive Care Unit. Albert interrupts Gordon’s night with a French lady friend to discuss the messages he intercepted from Diane’s phone. Assassins Chantal and Hutch kill Warden Murphy. Doctor Jacoby gives another paranoid broadcast. Audrey demands that her husband, Charlie, help her find her missing lover, Billy. Charlie reluctantly phones Tina to help, but after being astonished by her reply, he refuses to tell Audrey what she said. Diane discovers that the coordinates on Ruth’s arm point to Twin Peaks...
